Blank Slate Creamery Brighton

Went for the first time over the weekend. Staff was friendly! Atmosphere is great! Flavors were unique and delicious. The only thing I would say will keep me and I know others around the community from going is that they give too big of portion sizes and charge way too much. Truly if they gave smaller portions (since the ice cream is rich in flavor and hard to eat alot anyways) and charged less, they would have more rebound customers. Smaller portions, which then makes it less expensive, which allows for more revenue coming in as you have more customers coming in to enjoy more often! Everything else was fantastic!!

Absolutely delicious local creamery. Several strange and delightful flavors to try, I had a double scoop with 'Peanut Butter Fluff and Stuff' and a blueberry muffin flavor. It was so good I forgot to take a pic before digging in! Quite possibly the best ice cream I've ever had!Free samples, and I highly recommend tasting a few of the flavors just so you can say you've tasted London Fog 😆.

A man wearing your logos and a Michigan crew neck sweatshirt in a refrigerated or freezer truck screamed and yelled profanities at my employees because he waited ten minutes for food at my restaurant. No one swore at him, but he cussed and yelled and told us we were being mean to him because he had waited ten minutes. He claimed he had waited 20 minutes. We had just switched over from breakfast and needed to do stuff to ensure food safety and not cross contaminate. I’ve had such good experiences at this ice cream shop, but no man should be yelling and shouting across the lobby with customer witnesses over food. That is unacceptable. He was an older gentleman. He must have been having a bad day to get that upset over a ten minute wait for a seven dollar order when everyone was trying to mak

Best ice cream I've ever had in my life. So sweet and creamy and perfectly balanced. I got a one scoop in a waffle cone :: half fresh basil and half lavender lemon honey. Both are so fresh and refreshing.
