Wonderful place, great service and the food was amazing! We had the Sweet Inferno flatbread with a house salad and Sicilian flatbread with wings. These were 1/2 plates and provided plenty of food for one person. We’ll be back!

Went to lunch with my friend. The server suggested the Garden Whisper. It was delicious!! I paired a half with a side Caesar salad. Absolutely wonderful!! Will definitely be back!

OK look. I understand that since Tambra Mitchell is my sister, mine may not seem like the most objective opinion, but let me assure you. I'd say the following if Hillary Clinton owned Blackbird Monticello: Y'all. This food is GOOOOOOOOD. Unfortunately, I have to travel a lot for my job. But one of the perks is that I get to try out great restaurants all over the country. And I'm telling you, I don't care if I were in Monticello, Atlanta, New York City or in friggin Europe. If I walked into a quaint little local restaurant with this atmosphere, this style and this food, I'd be blown away. We have eaten here twice. The first time was great food, great service, time for food arrival was a little long and definitely pricey however we don’t mind paying for good quality food. The second and LAST time we went, service was bad, after 15 minutes of placing our order the waitress comes back and said she lost our order and had to take it again. We ordered the buffalo chicken dip for appetizer and it was hot sauce and cream cheese soup! After waiting 45 minutes , our food finally came and was burnt. The salad was a handful with 5 tiny croutons. The manager came out and with an attitude said she would comp our meal. We declined, it was 8:30 and we were hungry.
