Blackbird Cafe

I came in here with my boyfriend after walking in and out of two other coffee shops in the surrounding area. They were just too complicated. However, we saw this place and decided it was where we’d settle for. Soooo happy we ended up here. It is pricey but definitely worth it. Food cooked to order, tastes fresh & coffee made exactly as asked. There were no mistakes made and overall very pleased with everything. Very nice workers here and not to mention our entire order came out in less than 10 minutes. Great place! I ordered the northender w/ bacon, and the Valentine’s Day special which was a strawberry mocha, I got it as a large w/ almond milk 1/2 sweetened. My boyfriend ordered a classic BEC on sesame bagel & a red eye.

When I first walked in, I had expected just another normal cafe. But then… Ethel Cain’s angelic voice carried down to me from above as I sat in a booth. Not only is Ethel Cain— my niche!—playing over the speakers in this establishment. But the ice in my friends water was so stupendous and impeccably crunchy. I think the one thing you can integrate into your service is booths closer together. I felt like i was an ocean apart from my companion. Thank you.

I recently had the blueberry pancakes which were excellent. Lots of blueberries, very large, crispy edges. I ate one, took two home and ate an egg on the side, cooked exactly as I requested. Today I got the breakfast sandwich on the Tuscan bread which is my go to. Very good! I was told the coffee is excellent. I prefer tea which is excellent. Highly recommend Blackbird Cafe in Bedford.

This is my first time visiting the blackbird cafe and I work down the street. The food, coffee, atmosphere, staff, large menu, it knocks any starbucks, Dunkins, or local shop out of the ballpark. I think the prices are fair, but keep in mind everything in the world is almost jacked up in prices. I’m definitely coming back here for another coffee or maybe a lunch wrap or a panini!

Wish it was a bit better as it's a relatively local business. Had the peanut butter mocha and a lavender latte. Coffee is decent at best for the price. Ordered in and expected to get a ceramic mug but still got to-go cups unfortunately. Service was quick and helpful though.
