Black Rock Coffee Bar

Unfortunately this location always gets my order wrong. They have no problem charging you extra for half and half but always forget to actually give you half and half. Had to come in to get the right drink which usually I don’t have time. On top of that I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and it’s an absolute joke the amount of ham and cheese added to this. See picture below. I sorry for $15 for 1 drink and a croissant it needs to be better.

Great service fast and friendly. Sat out on patio plenty tables. Hard find parking spot. Not easy to get in and out. Becareful. Great coffee drinks and they do have other food to eat. Nice atmosphere outside and few tables inside. Clean and near Cadence community and near eastward too. Great place to just chill and relax

Great coffee!!! Took a minute to find someone to take our order but once they took the order they were quick to make it and it was well worth the short wait.

I wanted to ask a question about my order and when I went to call your "phone number" It told me there were no phones in the store and that I needed to either return to the store or contact them online by filling out a support form. What on earth? I can't call and add something to my order or ask a question. Like many companies today, they have gone with the "Help Yourself movement". If I wanted to help myself I would have made coffee at home.

I absolutely love THIS Black Rock location! The crew—Nate, Amber, Niesya, and Futbol man(new guy who plays soccer)—are always extremely friendly and helpful. Like any business, there are challenges with consistency, and training new hires is no small task. However, the team always takes accountability and gives their best effort. As customers, we could all benefit from a little more patience and empathy—after all, we never truly know someone’s work situation. Great job, team! If you come to this Black Rock, you won’t be disappointed!
