I had mixed feelings about my visit. The service was excellent — very attentive, friendly, and professional. That part truly stood out and deserves credit. However, the ventilation was a major issue. There was a lot of smoke in the dining area, which made the experience uncomfortable. On top of that, my steak arrived cold, which was disappointing. That said, the steak itself was very tasty and well-seasoned, so the quality of the food is clearly there; it just needs better execution and temperature control. If the ventilation improves and food is served hot, this place could easily be much better. Great staff, but the overall experience needs work.

Fun cook-your-own-steak concept with a chill, comfortable vibe. Cooking the steak yourself on the 755-degree stone was definitely a unique and fun experience, but the steak itself was mediocre at best when it came to flavor. It’s enjoyable once, though probably not something I’d make a habit of—especially since it gets a bit messy. The lobster bisque was extremely thin… almost like water. Was there even any lobster in it? Hard to tell 🤔 It tasted more like “lobster-flavored” soup than the real deal. The ribs, on the other hand, were tasty, but there wasn’t a whole lot of meat on the bones. Shout-out to our waitress, Journey—she was super friendly, informative, and made the experience better overall. All in all, it was fun to try, but I’m still on the fence about whether I’d return.

Next to my hotel, I walked over during the snow storm. The place was pretty empty so it was quick to get a seat at the bar. I ordered the lobster bisque and the dynamite chicken & shrimp pasta. The bisque was ok, nothing to rave about. But the pasta entree was DYNAMITE! Explosively flavorful and packed a lot of heat so make sure you have plenty of water to cool. I had just been in New Orleans a couple weeks prior and this tasted very authentically Cajun, actually better than some of the restaurants in NOLA. Would definitely go back next time I am in town.

Was a fun experience from start to finish. Very friendly waitress, big comfy booths with large tables to fit all the food. We chose to cook our own steaks on the stones, and it was so yummy doing individual cuts seared in butter. Only thing is it does get Smokey doing this, and there is grease that ends up coating the table and everything on it. But everything was perfect, pricing is normal for a steakhouse. 2 people, with an appetizer, both having a steak meal with upgraded sides and a dessert was just about $100. I Recommend going there!

I’m sure the steaks here are good, but the non-steak food is just ok. Ate there twice and both times my food was mediocre and mostly cold. The bar staff was super nice despite being run absolutely ragged by the olddddder patrons 🤣 I’m a business consultant so I don’t mind being served last, but I kind of felt bad for the bartenders. Business dudes hanging with the “bros” are always the neeeediest customers. And SO EMOTIONAL! 🙄😜😬😂 Genuine human interaction and great hospitality will always get praise from me over weird robotic people who can’t smile or hold a real conversation. The girls behind the bar are awesome.
