black & blue Steak and Crab, Wellesley, MA

The food was NOT worth the price. We ordered the oysters to start. They were probably the best dish of the whole night. We then ordered tuna tartare. It looked like they gave a lot of tuna but turned out that half of it was just pickled ginger. They only put the sauce at the bottom so the tuna didn't have a ton of flavor and wasn't a crazy nice cut anyways. For our main dishes, we ordered the ribeye and the snow crab. The snow crab had an upcharge for the lobster mac and cheese side. The rib eye was a bit bland and overdone. For advertising broiling their steaks, the top was not very crispy. The flavor lacked. They advertise having their own house seasoning but I tasted only a hint of salt. We asked for medium rare and it came out medium to medium-well. The crab also was completely flavorl

Amazing place, all the food is amazing. Steaks are great cooked to perfection, fish is delicious, sides are incredible. Drinks are also perfect and great wine selection. Great for business dinners and special occasions. Service is wonderful, bartender is the best!

I went to Black and Blue with my kids on Sunday. The food was incredible! I am not a seafood girl but was eating lobsters mac and cheese and fried calamari, it was delicious!! Everyone was so happy with their food. The wait staff were all excellent. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager also checked in to make sure we were all happy with our food. The kitchen was very clean and staff back there was constantly working. I can't say enough about this restaurant. I am so impressed. I highly recommend bringing your family here! Even looks like a great spot for date night! My compliments to the Chef!! 🫡

Came here for the first time for my husband’s 30th birthday and it was absolutely incredible. The steak, the drinks, the service, the atmosphere. They made us feel so special.

A new restaurant in Wellesley town. The food is good as expected, the decorations are aesthetic. The price is a little bit high. It is a good place for friends or families to gather here。
