Mortadella Head Wellesley

Stopped in today for the first time. Got a Roman slice of cheese and one of pepperoni. Great sauce and cheese but the crust and underside was too hard for me. Roman is supposed to be crispy but this was unbelievably tough to eat. I will return to try the regular pizza.

Good hero. Had chicken parm and meatball parm. Contents: 5; Sauce 5; Bread 3. Well sauced. Bread is typical for area - crustless, soft interior, benign taste - but that's how you like it. No shade Boston.

The Perfect Cheese🍕 lives up to its reputation. The only thing I will change for next time is to leave off the extra basil on top (only because of my very Irish palette that shy away from spices) but I assume that is an easy ask through the comments when ordering. Also got the Italian with the cheesy garlic bread and have been informed it's a 2 👍👍 Will be back and will recommend

I work at a salon nearby and found Mortadella on TikTok and it looked so good I had to try. I’m so glad I did! The Caesar sandwich is life changing. I also think the prices are fair for how big and filling the sandwiches are.

The square Roman pizza is exceptional. It’s a small place so I would think takeout is best. Seriously great pizza though - I would say the square one is the best outside of Boston. A must try.
