Why is there no rating for BJ's as the store??? In normal times I would give them a 4 star rating. Now, 5 stars. I've been a BJ's member for at least 10 years, how they deal with customers now shows that they care more about people than money. And give your employees a raise!!! I'll pay a little more, just pay them more.
I always appreciate the BAKERY department when it comes to my kids birthday cakes. There was this lady there who once she realize they had missplaced my order sheet, she tried to make it right. I wasn't happy but she tried.
They have really good BIRTHDAY CAKE.........
