You well not be able to take out or purchase books if you don’t live in the area. You will need a home card of which you will have to go to your town library to get. Why they decided to make getting a physical copy harder make no sense to me.
This is the best library I’ve been to in northern VT. The building is incredible. As soon as I walked in I felt amazed. Very calm energy and the best furniture/ decor layout I’ve seen in a library. I could hang in there all day
As a new resident of a nearby town, I had a wonderful experience becoming a member of the Bixby Memorial Library. Two very knowledgeable and friendly staff members helped me with the process and also escorted me downstairs to discuss options for renting the space to host workshops. The building is gorgeous and the atmosphere rekindles my lifelong love of libraries!
Beautiful building, great views, wonderful selection of books, lots of hosting of family activities. Lots to love about this space. Just going by to check out the gorgeous views is well worth it!
Come for the architecture, stay for the FREE WIFI. Amazing gem for the area! Check out the bridge club or read a screenplay with the writer's club. Nice sitting areas with tables. Public computer terminals are available along with a children's room.
