Biwako Sushi

Great food, great atmosphere, and friendly wait staff! We enjoy our dinner experience every time we stop by.

I’ve been going to Biwako Sushi in Saline since they first opened, and it is hands-down my favorite restaurant. The food is consistently excellent, the variety is incredible, and the prices are fantastic for the quality and portions you get. I recommend this place every time sushi comes up in conversation. Whether you’re a sushi purist, someone who likes to experiment with new flavors, or even a picky eater, there is truly something on the menu for everyone. Even my picky daughter loves it — the salmon teriyaki is her new favorite. Great food, great value, and a welcoming menu for all tastes. I sincerely hope Biwako Sushi stays around for a very long time.

We have supported this place since it opened and we’re excited to have sushi in Saline. But over the last year, the quality has really declined. I’m not sure what changed it used to be decent. We ordered take out last night. It cost nearly $80 for two rolls and noodles. Along with miso and salad. We ordered the Wolverine. It was basically inedible. way too much eel sauce port all over it. The fish did not seem fresh either. The yotsoba noodles We’re greasy and tasteless and served over a large scoop of rice? After eating we both were up all night with upset stomach’s. I never leave reviews but after the last three times getting sick I felt it was necessary.

The best Sushi in the AnnArbor, Saline area. The food was delicious, service was prompt and just look at how beautiful the sushi rolls were.

Service was friendly and swift, food was delicious and tasted fresh. We were the last table in the restaurant, and they were extremely gracious. Excellent experience!
