Guatemalan / American fusion breakfast Overall, the experience with eating the dishes is awesome. The guacamole is so fresh including all the ingredients that they use. Even the tortillas are so soft and pillowy. I recommend ordering the Hispanic dishes. I had the 520 burrito And It was a really hearty to have in the morning. It’s filled with Eggs, meat, cheese and bell peppers with onions. Fair warning it’s really filling. But it’s hits the spot. The deep fried quesadilla. Don’t let the name turn you away. It’s perfectly cooked to have good texture on the outside with a soft inside. It deserves all 5 stars. From the sauce to the food, absolutely delicious. The rice bowl comes in a massive taco shell. The rice and beans in this rice bowl is so good with the fresh guacamole.

The real deal! Everything is FRESH and homemade, the most flavorful food around. Taco shells made by hand - chourico benedict - so tasty and unique, can’t get anything like this around here. Can’t recommend enough!

Amazing food and the girl that took our order and brought our food out was on top of things. My coffee mug was never empty and I never had to ask for anything extra because she had already offered before I could ask. 100% coming back to this place. Get the Guatemalan Breakfast!!!!!

The steak and egg sandwich with lettuce, tom, pickled onions and chipotle aioli on brioche was superb! I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30+ years and after being a patron at all the local breakfast restaurants on Atwood Ave and nearby I feel Bistro Cafe has the mostmost flavorful food. Don’t miss out on this spot.

REALLY GREAT BREAKFAST. Strawberry cheesecake French toast is a must. My wife and I had chicken fajita and carne asada omelette and we were highly impressed
