The food was absolutely exceptional—beautifully prepared, rich in flavor, and thoughtfully plated. It truly felt like a special occasion meal. They went above and beyond for my husband’s birthday, leaving a hand-signed card on the table, which added such a personal and memorable touch. The atmosphere was modern, intimate, and stylish—perfect for celebrating. The only drawback was the service pacing. Our server never offered an iced tea refill and empty glasses sat for most of the meal. At this level of dining, timing and attentiveness matter, and the experience felt slightly off-tempo. Despite that, the food alone makes this a place we’d gladly return to—special, delicious, and worth the evening out.

Classy, American steakhouse, great for a special occasion or date night. The menu shines with quality meat, seafood, and vegetable offerings. Nice decor and service. Broad wine and liquor selection. The 60-day aged ribeye was sliced and served with simple garnishes to highlight the great beef flavor. It was accompanied with grilled squash and delicious potatoes. The tuna crudo was light and fresh with a Vietnamese theme - topped with spicy peanuts, light chilis, lemon grass, and other garnishes. The three milk bread buns had a light coat of sea salt and were served with a nice butter. The lamb meatballs were nicely charred and placed in a vibrant green and orange sauce. Special thanks to Chef John for coming by to share about the food and his plans for the upcoming menu items. Thank y

Food is incredible and service was great. Very knowledgeable server. Portions were sizable as far as fine dining goes. Had the chicken and dumplings and they were fantastic, husband had the wagyu steak and it was perfect. Definitely try the bread board.

Absolutely amazing experience! We are native to the area but this was our first time visiting this restaurant. We were warmly greeted and welcomed in by the host, our server was amazing and took such great care of us, the food was more than just great food, it was thoughtful with very special touches, the desserts were absolutely wonderful! We lingered in the bar after dinner. The bartenders were very friendly, knowledgeable and talented. Every employee we spoke to was very pleasant and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. We will definitely return! Many thanks to the chef for the small plate that he prepared just for us and to the entire restaurant staff who took such wonderful care of us. Great job, everyone!

I first experienced Bistro on the Tracks about five years ago, and while it was excellent then, their new location is an absolute upgrade! It's much closer to my usual shopping haunts, making it incredibly convenient. The interior is a perfect blend of cute and classy, with quirky decor that adds personality without sacrificing sophistication. From the moment we walked in, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, making us feel completely at ease. We even managed to snag a same-day reservation, which was a pleasant surprise and made our visit effortlessly enjoyable. Be prepared to pay for quality, as this is a high-end establishment committed to locally sourced ingredients, but every penny is absolutely worth it. To start, I ordered both the milk bread rolls and the cheddar biscui
