I walked by this booth a few weeks in a row at the Minnetonka Farmer’s Market and finally bought a blueberry lemon scone and caramelized onion & Colby Jack sourdough loaf tonight and WOW have I been missing out!!! This is some of the best bread ever and the scone was perfectly moist. I made a grilled cheese with goat cheese when I got home and it was great. The Bisek Bees crew is always super friendly at the market and I would highly recommend them and their baked goods to anyone! 😊
I have become addicted to their sour dough. Everything else (looking at you Lemon Blueberry scones) is amazing too, but it is the best sour dough I’ve ever had.
