Biscuitville

This was one of my worst experiences at biscuitville👎 First she charged of for items such as cheese that was not added to the food, #2 the items were just thrown in the bag , had to .pick fries out of bag and put back into container, asked for well done ham , and that was a no👎. Cheese grits w/o cheese,really. The fries were also old, hard, and lukewarm . The lady at the register was trying to go home, she must catch the bus or something. I really don't care . I care about my service and quality of my food. I hope this isn't a everyday routine, cause on 3/6/26, @11:20 they sucked and that's just being polite,like the 2 Stars I gave. No I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone 👎🤬😡👎

Very welcoming restaurant. Not exactly my type of food. Most menu items have a lot of meat and then more meat and cheese in them. The biscuit was tasty and fresh. Watched the manager make a fresh batch while eating in their dinning room. I had pancakes plain. They were made fresh while we waited. They were ok, would have been better if they cleaned the grill prior to cooking them. They had burnt pieces of potatoes and probably grease from cooking some sort of meat or port product.

This place has such a cute country vibe. Loved the decor inside with the yellow walls and faux wood wallpaper being the most memorable. The blue and yellow stands out. The food was hot and tasty. I do recommend this place for a quick but filling bite to eat.

First visit to Roanoke Rapids so when I read reviews about slow service I decided to order online. This didn't help at all. Service was SLOW. When I arrived I said I have online order. My order was treated just like I had walked through the door because I finally got my order right after person who ordered in front of me. Online ordering did nothing with the wait. I waited almost 20 minutes after I arrived @ store. And then food was average. Biscuit did taste fresh but other food was pretty tasteless expect for hashbrown casserole. Stop here & expect long wait with average food.

Clean restaurant. Staff was polite. Food was prepared in a reasonable time and was pretty good for fast food. Despite the fact that I was dining in, my order was delivered in a to go bag. Also did not include butter or syrup for the pancakes which I had to request from the staff, who quickly apologized and provided the same. Would eat here again.
