Birrieria Mama Rosa Georgetown

Soooo delicious! We got the Birria Pizza and it was crazy good! Definitely think it’s enough food for 3 people, so we’re excited to eat one last slice as leftovers later. Each of the sauces (red and green) were fantastic, as well so the consommé. Definitely give this place a chance!

The wait is so worth it! This is by far the best food truck in Georgetown and the best birria we've had in Texas. Highly recommend

We visited Birrieria Mama Rosa for the first time today and it was incredible! We ordered quite a bit of food for the whole family, and I was so impressed that everything was 100% correct, hot, and absolutely delicious. It’s hard to find a place that handles large orders so perfectly. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone in Georgetown looking for a great meal!

Wasn’t sure what to expect with a food truck in front of a phone repair store on Williams Dr., but it was amazing! We had the birria tacos and they were stuffed with beef and cheese! Best birria tacos I have had! I highly recommend the loaded queso as well.

I’ve had queso birria all over Austin and this is the best. The consommé was thick and delicious. The meat was incredibly tender and the cheese was browned to perfection. The salsas provided with the tacos were also fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough
