Bird's Nest Cafè

Bird’s Nest Café, without a doubt, has the best coffee in the valley. It’s so good that I’ve stopped enjoying coffee from anywhere else. If the coffee wasn’t enough, their kitchen is just as impressive. The breakfast sandwiches are made fresh and make for a perfect morning stop. The display counter always has an interesting and tasty selection of baked goods. My personal favorite is the hub cups (cake to go).

Ive gotta say, out of all the places in the valley for coffee, this place really feels like home. Great food, best coffee. Their protein bowls are always on point, and the ladies there are just always a pleasure. Great vibes and bubbly service. Top recommended cafe in the valley for sure!

I was looking for a new place for breakfast and I stumbled on the Birds nest. The breakfast sandwich and coffee I got was absolutely amazing. The staff makes you feel welcome and they were full of smiles. I recommend this place to anyone. I definitely will be coming back :)

From the moment I walked into Birdsall Cafe, I was warmly greeted by Elizabeth and the rest of the friendly staff. The place smelled incredible, and the tasteful decor added to the cozy, inviting atmosphere. I started with a snickerdoodle cookie, which was perfection—crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Though I’m not a huge coffee drinker, my wife is, and after telling Elizabeth to surprise her (no fruit flavors, please), she was served a caramel coffee that she absolutely loved! For myself, Elizabeth suggested a sweet iced tea, which turned out to be spot on—refreshing and perfectly brewed. During our visit, Ashley also came out to chat with us, and her hospitality and friendliness made the experience even better. We felt so welcomed! We then indulged in a slice of blueberry

The scone was past selling date by several days. The latte was not good at all. Besides the off flavor, the balance of espresso, milk, and flavorings was not good. I will not return. The shop itself has a nice cozy atmosphere.
