If I could give 6 stars I would! Birdman's brisket was off the charts! Had him prepare one full brisket for the wifes birthday and all I will say is probably the best brisket in the area! When I say the area im talkin tomball cypress montgomery hempstead areas! Noone comes close to this brisket! In my opinion beats any of the big name places around the area! Beautiful smoke ring and cut to perfection! Anyone who wants top notch bbq needs to make the drive out and get you summmm! Also brisket grilled cheese 🔥 as well! Im a memphis guy and this will be my new spot for BBQ! Hands down theres a reason he sales out! Thanks Uncle Bird! Will be back to try the ribs and egg rolls! Well worth the trip to this gem. Today I had the grilled cheese brisket sandwich. Tons of yummy cheese melted perfectly with chunks of brisket and thick bread with a buttery grill on it. WOW!! What a revelation! I live an hour away so I took home a pound of the brisket to tie me over until I can return.

Excellent brisket , excellent small link sausage. Borracho beans were a pleasant surprise. Would recommend this to anyone who is a BBQ fan. Outdoor tables and an indoor area with tables and air conditioning.

Food is delicious and the staff is super nice. Saddest part is theyre only open for a few hours or until they run out which happens often. These guys deserve a full restaurant open for lunch and dinner all week.

Great spot, great crawfish! Even better service. The ravioli were a great surprise! Definitely returning to this gem.
