To follow up and clear the air . The owner is correct. I was upset because as a loyal customer for years i was told i would have to pay 65 cents for a ranch after spending nearly $35 dollars on 2 small plates. A catfish sandwich with 2 small and over fried filets and A Philly which is about half the size as it was 5 years ago. And no one used any profanity. This is the owners sad attempt to make a it seems i was some deranged customer. When in fact i am a working professional employeed by the University. Its funny how she only mentions i wanted free product because i assumed spending $35 would include a small ranch. Locals, please support local businesses that support you !!! This is the best restaurant ever. The food and atmosphere is excellent. Whenever we travel we always look at the reviews Big Tae Eats from Tik Tok. He gave Bim Bam a high score and I also agree with him. Y’all should try the chicken fries they are the delicious. I’m very big on customer service and each person working there has a positive attitude. I will definitely be back again.

This place is awesome. I watched Big Tae review. & he was exactly right . The food excellent, customer service off the chain ( Greeted when we walked in along with EVERY CUSTOMER WHILE WE WERE THERE), extremely clean business. An all around great experience. I definitely knew it was a all around great place because it's Firefighter approved.

I do not live around here, but was in town and hungry, and the smells from this local joint were great. I had the bim burger with onion rings and it was delicious! The burger was just enough for me, with a nice thick slice of tomato. I added cheddar and grilled onions and it was on point. The onion rings had a good onion to batter ratio, and the batter wasn't too thick or bready. I definitely recommend this eatery!

Lily S was a delightful and attentive server. Our food was brought out in a timely manner with a smile. The burgers and fries were delicious! She refilled our drinks before we left and was absolutely adorable!
