Bill's Pizza & Pub North

They were so accommodating when I pulled together a last minute family reunion of 20 cousins. The pizza was fabulous and the service from Gina was top notch!

It pains me to say anything negative about Bills, because it’s truly my favorite pizza ever. With that being said, last night I was extremely disappointed as I had called and ordered a pizza and wings over the phone. This was at 6:22pm and they said about an hour/hour and a half. So I’m expecting 7:30-7:45 as I live just down the road. It was almost 2 hours later and I call to ask what’s going on, she tells me “no one picked your order up” and I ask how long it’s been ready? She says AN HOUR! I said “So you weren’t going to call and inform me of this?” She knew immediately who I was and my order. Was fully aware it’s been sitting there for an hour. I came to pick it up and demanded it be remade. Ever since Bills has turned to DoorDash for deliveries, it’s been a disaster. Of course I can j

Bulls has some of the best pizza on the face of the planet. But you better be willing to deal with some of the worst service ever to get it. Don’t get me wrong, we still order from them, but we know that if they say everything will be ready in 30 minutes, it will take at least an hour. Best not to do an online order as their system is unreliable. The past three times we have ordered using the online system has been lost. When we get there to pick it up, they say they need to just start it. If you want some of the best pizza I have tasted, either dine in or call in the order. And even then, make sure you give them extra time beyond what they say it will take.

I just moved here and tried it twice- double decker and thin crust and I just don’t find it to be good at all… and honestly I am not very picky with pizza. The sauce is gross and sweet and the cheese (mostly on the double decker) is very tough, chewy and cheap tasting- nothing like a Lou malnatis cheese pull. My family agreed.

I absolutely have no negative issues with Bill's Pizza and Pub North! The service was fantastic, we went early and were just about done before the crowds started to come in. Our server was fantastic. I wish I would have gotten her name. Anyway, a 30% tip was actually cheap. Everything was pretty simple, I got the Bill's specialty Pizza large thin crust. My wife had gotten the Greek salad, and the cheese stuffed shrimp. My wife was drinking some cherry ginger ale, I just had Mr pibb. The food was well made and was extremely flavorful.
