I debated a lot on giving one star vs 2-3. The woman who took and made our order was very nice and had a great sense of humor!!!! However after we ordered and sat down to eat our ice cream within 6 minutes we were told we "had to leave because the store is closed." We grabbed our things and I checked the time, it was 8:42pm. Strange time to close. So I checked the door as we were being escorted out and saw the lobby is open till 9pm! Not 830 not 845. When I asked why we couldn't finish our ice cream?? I was told "we have to close early to clean" The dining room was already cleaned.. that was completely obvious! Even if it hadn't been they were still open for another 18 minutes! I have worked in fast food and restaurants and NEVER told people who came in 30 min before closing ordered food a

EDITED TO ADD: BROOOO, can I rate NEGATIVE STARS?!? Tell me why I just got off the phone with the “online” portion of Baskin Robbins for them to tell me that YES THE LOCATION CAN REFUND MY MONEY!!! You been to one Baskin-Robbins you been to them all. Standard chain that sells ice cream and ice cream cakes. Customer service was fine. Limited parking because of neighboring businesses.

I ordered a chocolate ice cream, but they gave it to me completely melted. When I went inside the store to let them know, the staff pointed their finger at me and yelled, telling me to leave. I have never experienced such rude behavior at a Baskin Robbins in my life. It was such a terrible experience that I will never visit this location again.

Very rude staff. I ordered online and received an entirely different order. When I told her, she only started to yell at me, saying, “You buy online, go and fix online.” This is the second time that the same lady has yelled at me. Plus, when I explained that to a different staff…, this lady came screaming at me… putting her face close to mine.
