I order here fairly often. They seem to mess up bagels a lot tho. I ordered a sausage and cheese on Asiago toasted cut in half…they gave me a plain bagel with cream cheese. Please DOUBLE CHECK your orders. I highly doubt they’ll even make this right. Do better please 🙏

I placed an order for 2 drinks. When I got to the window it was like they hadn't just taken my order at the speaker. She said you wanted oatmilk right. No I don't. Then didn't even ring up the other drink I ordered. Well I got the latte with oatmilk anyway even after I said no. Thanks for that!!! I paid way too much and it was gross.

Used to come here all the time when it was new but stopped after a bad experience I didn't write a review about. Decided to try them out again today since their fall stuff is out. Ordered an iced jack-o-lantern and a frozen jack-o-lantern. The frozen was fine but they forgot to put any sort of sweetener/syrup/whatever in the iced so I went back through the drive thru because I didn't pay nearly 8 dollars for an unsweetened iced coffee. I wasn't mean about it. I've got 10 years of customer service under my belt. I know how it is, or at least how it was. Lip ring didn't believe me, didn't apologize, and was rude. I'm done lmao. Should have went to sweetwaters like I had originally planned.

Refused to replace a seven dollar drink that was ordered for my daughter who took two sips and didn’t want anymore. If you’re going to over charge people to that extent, you could at least make it worthwhile by providing QUALITY drinks and customer service. This place is a joke. A special thanks to ‘Nick’ who supposedly is the compassionate fellow who made the decision that the crappy drink I paid SEVEN dollars for and took TWO sips of, couldn’t be exchanged. What a shame. SMH

Loved the atmosphere here! My drink was absolutely delish and the customer service just made my whole week. 11/10 experience
