I love Biggby. The only flaw is the entrance from US-13. It’s screwed up. Does stop people from going there. Advice from me. Find out who did the work and never call them. These guys screwed up and the owner pays for. ..

This Biggby in particular is fantastic! Amazing service and the bragels are #1. They make your drink just the way you want it. And they have a super cool storage shed from Roundabout Custom Cabins & Sheds that matches their building!

This is the third chance that I gave them I always get iced coffees and I say it about five times so they know I’m getting an iced coffee this time. I only repeated myself twice and was still handed a hot latte which fine but I just said I definitely ordered ice and she rolled her eyes at me puffed and puffed and walked away. OK well I apologize that you’re not doing your job correctly, but don’t take it out on the customer. Never will go back again. You don’t treat your customers like crap because you don’t do your job correctly. I even apologize like hey I’m sorry I know that’s frustrating but I paid for an iced. I want an ice and I was cut off and was told OK. Have a good day. This generation does not know how to treat people. It is absolutely insane and disheartening.

if i’m correct, this place is new. i always go up north to Alpena every summer and we always go through Standish and i haven’t seen this biggby before. i love biggby, i love all the sweet latte options and bragels. this time i just got honey vanilla cinnamon latte and it was very good, just the right amount of sweetness. didn’t get food bc we went to taco bell after. the building was cute and there’s a mysterious shed on the lot. biggby? more like littleby ❤️🙂

we went to get the lavender matcha drinks. not sure if it was us or them that messed up the order, we got coffee lavender drinks .. they tasted disgusting. one sip and we were done. told them we ordered the wrong ones, and how normally if theres an issue you get a refund, or you get the drink you originally wanted.. no. she made us pay for the drinks again!! even after telling her the drink wasnt what we ordered . we also got bagels, which tasted like they were missing something. they lacked the flavor. not sure what it was, but it was definitely missing something.
