Best service ever. I love biggby, but this was my first time stopping by this location, the next time I'm passing through I'll definitely be stopping by again. The young man who rang in my order was very helpful when answering my questions about ingredients on a menu item. With food allergies he went out of his way to make the menu item differently to my request so I could still enjoy it. Both employees had positive up beat attitudes, but it was pretty awesome when one employee said to the other "Your on the Verge of greatness, your like doing so great" Over all I had a great experience and was very happy with my visit, even with them being a little slower because they were busy and there was only two employees. Good experience here! This usually isn’t my favorite location, but this morning I was surprised that they had the vegan bragel! Of course, I got it, and it was delish! Their spotted owl was also a new fav for me

Went in there this morning and the two young ladies working were very sweet. I asked for a recommendation and took their advice. Campfire latte sweet foam cold brew with oat milk is delicious. Will definitely get it again. Thank you for your wonderful service and advice!!!

This location is not the greatest. In my opinion, they do not know how to be a barista quickly ever I have not just experienced this once but multiple times I have made an online order thinking that it would be done within 15 to 20 minutes. In my opinion, they lack customer service. Coming from a person that has done it for years

One girl I understand needs to make food but she was also the only girl taking orders. The other girl stocked things up. I stood at the register for over 7 minutes. I wasn’t acknowledged the entire time. Not a simple hello
