Food is great. I have had the large & jumbo shrimp, chicken wings & tenders and fish - catfish nuggets, orange roughy, red snapper, whiting and salmon, wife gets the cod. The fish and shrimp are in the show case when you walk in because they sell it uncooked also. It is take out only, with a couple of chairs to seat in while you wait for them to cook your meal or call ahead and order. Can see them cooking the food while you wait. Large portion sizes, wife and I make 2 meals out of a dinner. We eat their all the time since they opened.

I ordered fish the 1st time. I was not crazy about it however, it was not the fish I eat. (Trying something different because they do not have African Whiting). When I went back, I got the wings and fries and they were great! They let you do your own seasoning which is a plus! They close late and that's an even bigger plus! The place is kinda hard to get to, and with the construction it's a lil worse. This definitely has a mom and pop feel. The cooks were arguing in the back, thier kid was doing homework behind the counter but OMG the chicken is AMAZING. This place has a great feel and recommend for a one of a kind experience and delicious food. I almost wish it was big enough to eat there but the place was so small I had to take my order to go.

EDIT: I don't really review many chains, so I want to say that I'm in complete agreement with some other reviewers about patronizing small businesses. It is decently priced, though not cheap, and is miles better than hitting up a fast food joint or even chain like Applebee's. While it doesn't really measure up when I compare it to similar fry-to-order places, if you're a local definitely give it a shot. Tried this place on 1/13/27 for lunch. Got there early. It's a bit run down inside, especially for a new-ish place, but I don't really care much about the ambiance of my hole in the wall fried food joints.
