They make excellent coffee and drinks and they even sometimes write lovely little notes on the packaging, I will be returning often and I shall bee positive and shine bright

I honestly l could not be more disgusted with the lack professionalism in this building. Honestly if I could leave 0 stars i would. The manager is rude and when I found a hair sticking out the lid of my coffee she refused to remake it and say it was out of her hands. Save you sometime and never come here!!!

I've been here twice now and each time has been a pleasurable experience. The employees are kind, and both times I noticed they were laughing and socializing well with their coworkers. That's a good thing, and so refreshing to see! More often than not in restaurants anymore, employees are visibly unhappy (and it's understandable why), so to have two pleasant experiences at a coffee restaurant is rare in my opinion. Besides the coffee being outstanding, this place is worth the money. They have a drive through that moves swiftly and the prices are pretty standard. Definitely worth a try!

Ordered coffees in the drive thru, went to the window and paid with a young man and then was completely forgotten about. A girl came to the window and asked what I was doing and I explained just waiting on my coffees and I then had to repeat my order to which the coffees had been sitting there long enough all the whip cream was melted. I asked her where the young man went and she claimed he left, left before even finishing the last order he was on? This is usually my favorite location but as a service worker.. what do you mean you just left mid order?

Very nice drinks. The coffee tastes fresh and high quality and doesn't feel like a rushed job. I got a frozen drink I customized to my liking and my family got a pour over and a latte. The employees were super nice and very engaging while helping us through the menu. Great ambience and very comparable if not better than the Starbucks I go to usually, and prices were much better too- definitely coming back here!
