Biggby Coffee

Coffee is decent, but service is horrible. Pulled up at 6:02 AM with one car in front of me. Just wanted a large hot latte. Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting on the car in front of me. They only had one drink. Then waited another five minutes for mine. When I got to the window, the lady was just texting on her phone for a solid 3-4 minutes before even opening the window. Then she had to take my payment and make my coffee. The people that come here early obviously need to be somewhere early.

I had the caramel latte. It was very good. I got mine to go. The dining area was bright and spacious enough to be comfortable sitting at a table. The ladies working there were cheerful and friendly. Next time I'm in Harrisonburg I'll have another latte.

We didn't get food this trip, but it does look delicious. The folks working were super kind and friendly and it was quick service for two specialty drinks and a cold brew. The chocolate covered leprechaun latte was very good and has an awesome name. Sweet with some Irish cream, but not too sweet with mocha added in. The cold brew was great, not tasting at all like a cigar like some at different places I've had in the past. Clean with quite a bit of space, open early, and friendly staff make this place one that we'll definitely go back to.

I was home visiting family and friends for a day. I don't usually do chains but my friend really wanted to come here. I normally order an espresso, cortado, or syrup-free latté but my friend raved about the specialty drinks and said they weren't too sweet. I ordered the Snow Mint Cold Brew with Sweet Foam without adjusting any of the syrups. I wasn't expecting this but my friend was right! That drink specifically was not disgustingly sweet like other coffee shops' specialties. She got the Salted Sweet Tooth Latté which was admittedly more sweet but that's what she was going for. My friend also ordered the Turkey Havarti Bragel on Asiago and it was so good that I got one to go! The bagel was crispy/crunchy on the outside with the perfect amount of give/chew inside. A much needed addition to this end of town! My fiance and I were just talking about how we could really use an actual coffee shop near Stone Spring. AND they have sugar free flavor options!! I opted for a sugar-free iced hazelnut latte, or "Nutty Buddy" and it was delcious! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They have lots of seating, energy drinks, travel mugs, and coffee to purchase as well. We will return to try other stuff and report back!
