Done with Biggby Grand Haven. The staff is friendly, but the service has completely slipped. I’ve been loyal for almost 12 years, and for the last seven months it has been the same story every time. Long waits. Wrong orders. Every. Single. Visit. Example. I ordered a plain bagel with extra cream cheese, paid for extra, and only one side had any cream cheese. It feels like the details just do not matter here anymore. And I am not someone who likes going back to get a fix, because it already takes forever to get the first order. So the money is wasted and I just deal with it. I’ve spoken to the manager three times and nothing has changed. If you look at other recent reviews, it is a pattern. I stopped by yesterday and it was fantastic! Service and atmosphere were great. I was helped by Joss and they were very friendly, they complimented my outfit :) and drink was out nice and speedy. Would recommend!

i was visiting from out of state and had never been to a biggby before, joss had very good recommendations! they were very sweet our entire interaction and even complimented my jewelry! i will definitely be coming back when im in town again!

I had an amazing time. The service was excellent, and one barista in particular, Jullianna, was incredibly sweet. She was very helpful and informative about the menu, which made the experience even better. I would definitely visit again in the future.

I came through the window having a rough day and decided to get biggby! I got a biggby blast and the barista Keanna was so sweet! She genuinely made my day. Biggby truly has a great atmosphere.
