BIGGBY COFFEE

Wish they would put some cozy chairs in there. I think it would draw more people in to want to stay inside during the winter mentioned it to the help before.But they never say anything more about it.Sounds like it goes on management to decide that don't know if they have to pay to rent if their furniture or not , but it would make it nice and cozy in there

I would leave negative if I could. I waited over an hour. Had to ask if they could wipe off the half pot of coffee that was on top of my drinks. The girl used the nastiest rag to do so. I took one drink and wanted to throw up. All I could smell was that rag. The drinks didn’t even taste like what I ordered… I couldn’t even have the smell in my car. I threw them out. Never had such a terrible experience that I left a review, anywhere.

If I could leave no stars, I would. The girls working are not friendly and cannot hear them because the music is so damn loud. Ordered an ice coffee with just a splash of cream. Just enough to tint the brown and it came out white as milk. Asked nicely if she could fix it, all she did was dump a little out and added coffee and color never changed. Will NOT be coming back here. This is not the first time either.

They were running a dollar drink deal from 9 to noon for training purposes. We got in line at 11:30, and there were approximately 8 cars in front of us. When we got to the speaker at 12:08 and tried to order we were informed the deal was over. I then went and informed the 9 vehicles behind us that the deal was over, 8 of whom were in line for the deal and all of whom had been in line before noon (I was watching). If you are not going to honor a deal for those who were in line before noon, the least you could do is send out an employee to explain that to the customers.

Very Good service!!! I had Jayda and Addy as my barista's and they were both very kind and understanding! I asked what kind of drink to get and they walked me through the menu and what options were available. The drink itself was also amazing Would recommend, although the store wasnt stocked with a few ingredients, they weren't in what I wanted so everything was great
