BIGGBY COFFEE

First time visiting this establishment yesterday and the staff was phenomenal. They ensured that all of our questions were answered and we received the perfect drinks. The product was top-tier. Highly recommend.

This is my VERY favorite Biggby's of them all ~ the crew is great, the quality of drinks is outstanding, and it's yet another reason to visit Frankenmuth :)

My first visit to this location (in visiting from another state). Came on for an iced latte. 2 ladies working at opposite sides of counter. I asked who do I go to? One said "where the register is" ok. I ordered and paid. Waited at register for my drink. Same gal made my drink then called it out loud, making me come to the opposite side of the shop to get it. I was the only person there. Period. She could not have just handed it to me at the register? Or one of them told me I needed to go elsewhere to pick it up? Have always had amazing service at Biggby's back home. This was awful.

Always my pick for any type of coffee or tea drink on the go in town. So happy we have a Biggby’s here. Great drinks, great food and excellent service. Everyone is always so professional and friendly! :)

super kind and friendly even though it was super busy. and there was a cute baby in a hot dog costume :)
