This Biggby has my heart! The ladies and guys always take exceptional care of me! They know me when I walk in and my order! My latte is always on point!!! Biggby coffee renovation success As a self-proclaimed foodie and coffee enthusiast, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to visit the newly reopened Biggby Coffee in Ft. Mitchell. Having been a fan of this establishment in the past, I was eager to see what improvements had been made during their grand reopening. I'm delighted to say that my experience was a truly positive one. First and foremost, the service at Biggby Coffee was outstanding. The staff was not only welcoming but genuinely friendly and attentive. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. This is my absolutely favorite place to get coffee & breakfast. Biggby is always my go to place to meet work connections and friends. The self serve coffee is always delicious. They have amazing sandwiches & muffins. My son loves the fizzy energy drinks (which he gets with no zip (caffeine) & the big cookie. The staff is friendly and this location is always clean & just got a makeover.
The girls here made me a “sweet tooth” for my loyalty reward drink…it is outstanding! They are so welcoming every time I walk in, and it’s obvious they understand customer service. Quite simply, they know how to start their customer’s day!
The waitress was very nice and professional, the coffee was over priced, I could have bought a 3lb. Can of ground coffee for the price of one cup at this establishment, and it wasn't even hot!!! Sorry but never again.
