I recently visited Biggby Coffee for the 2nd time ever and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. From the moment I drove through, the staff member named Max greeted me with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. They were quick to take my order and efficiently prepared my drinks, which was a fluffy cloud latte with an extra espresso shot, freaking delicious!! I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese maple sandwich, and they informed me that it might take a little longer, but assured me they would get it done as quickly as possible. This transparency was refreshing and showed their commitment to customer service. While I waited, they engaged me in friendly conversation, making the time fly by. Caffeine..I need her, I love her. So when I go to Bigby, I am always satisfied. The baristas here have the hands of angels, like the coffee I got today is so good it’s actually unbelievable and they’re so nice every time I go through. Defiance Bigby, you get me through my day girl. Thank you 🙏🏻

I love Barista Brynn! She’s the absolute best—so kind, welcoming, and genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Everything she makes is amazing, and the food always tastes even better because of the care she puts into it.

The lady working was super sweet and very helpful. I didnt really know what I wanted so she gave me a few ideas and her final recommendation was a Black bear frozen (she ever offered to make me something else if I didn't enjoy that) which was really good !! Thank you for a great experience. The store was clean and even the bathroom was clean and smelled nice ! Photos are my original and the enhanced copy slightly brighter and a little off color.
