BIGGBY COFFEE

I had a frustrating experience here today, on my first visit. I ordered an Iced coffee with cream, my usual order at many different T places. The drink came out very light, almost like there’s not much coffee in it. I asked for a clarification about the drink and was told this is how they do it. I know for a fact that’s not how other Biggby restaurants do it. I was so disappointed to have to toss my coffee.

Sat in line for over 25 minutes to get asked what I was getting again because they forgot. Asked for a vanilla coffee and got a black coffee. 25 minutes for a black coffee is ridiculous. This place is not what it used to be. Reading other comments clearly this is the regular situation here now.

I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW I WAS ADDRESSED BY AN EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION! In a polite tone I asked to speak to a manager and she screamed extremely loud OMGGGGGG in my ear as if I did not have the right to ask for a manager. The lack of professionalism was unreal. On top of the fact that she is a “new hire” On Sunday I ordered a bagel only to later find that it was the wrong bagel and cream cheese was spread on one side of the bagel only. The manager told me to come back for a replacement when I had time. I went back today and the exact same thing happened with only cream cheese being spread on one side of the bagel. I called the store and simply asked was it standard now that cream cheese is on spread on one side. The “new hire” said that I had to ask for extra cream cheese if I wanted it o

Joey(girl) was amazing and made me a super yummy drink mixing up my Blackberry with a little sugar cookie it was delightful! All of the customer service was amazing as was the drinks

just wanted a coffee before my long drive and waited 15 minutes for a bagel, water, and kids orange juice. What was really disappointing is that I ordered a small vanilla iced coffee with 2 cream and 3 sugars, only to wait 20 extra minutes for that. There were coffee grounds in it, barely any ice so it melted really fast, and all the sugar was at the bottom, stirred it for a long time with the straw to try to move it around. I couldn’t drink it so unfortunately had to throw it away. They were short staff so that was understandable but were making drive thru top priority and didn’t stop taking orders for drive thru until there were 10 people waiting inside.
