The worker gabby had an attitude while making my drink because she misheard me and instead of making sure she heard right she made my drink wrong and had a smart reply to say back even though I tipped and politely asked if I could get the it the way I asked for it and she still made it wrong. They make my drink wrong every other time I go to this location but today they lost a loyal customer.

My barista was so kind! Big Foot Java is my go to place for great coffee options. Hot, cold, sweet, fancy, they can serve up whatever you fancy. You can get hot and cold options. The attendants are always friendly, the service is fast. The coffee is always great. And if for any reason you don't like it, they will remake it for you. My favorite drink is a white chocolate coconut, iced or blended. Always with whipped cream. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

My experience at this location; especially during the night shift, has been nothing short of amazing! The night crew is consistently friendly, upbeat, and impressively fast with preparing drinks. They always greet customers with a smile, and it really makes a difference. A special shout-out to my favorite barista, Rena she remembers my usual order every time, without me even having to say a word. That kind of attention and consistency is rare. You honestly couldn't ask for a better team. Keep up the great work!

Came in today and left with the best experience. Jackie recommended I get the lavender matcha and it was sooo good. She was so sweet and personable. All the girls at the stand were so kind. Best big foot in WA!
