BigFoot Java

I got a dirty chai vanilla 5 shots with oat milk. I’ve been comin to big foot almost every week of the year. Any big foot along i-5. The coffee and my drink are usually pretty good. This is thee most mid drink I’ve had from big foot yet, the ladies at the coffee stand didn’t meet my expectations for good communication and good service. They just asked for my drink, my number and then gave me my drink. No good afternoon, enjoy your drink, have a good day nothing. Very rude as I come here for good service because my mornings are pretty bad. I hope they work on their customers service skills and not just on catering to regulars even though I myself am a regular and have been for years. I go to planet fitness in Milton down the road it sucks I don’t feel like coming back to this Big Foot Java

Went today and asked for a good suggested drink. Was suggested the monthly special of a Frosted Mocha. It was absolutely delicious. The girls were super sweet. I believe the girl that served me's name was Sia? And the other girl there was also so sweet too. Great place to stop if you want good coffee and great service. Job well done ladies ☺️

I dont normally go out of my way to write reviews but I felt like I had to on this one. I work graveyard as a 911 dispatcher so my options for caffeine are limited to only Bigfoot. I will generally stop by 3 out of 4 days of my work week. I just moved here from Tacoma and have enjoyed the atmosphere of people here in Milton but the male employee that works in the evening at this location is probably the most unapproachable human I have met. Everytime i pull in and see him at the window, it's instant regret. I will probably leave earlier (even though I am already working a 12 hour shift) so I can stop at dutch bros in another city instead of coming here which is on my way to work..

Always super nice and even though they must encounter so many customers, and it being early in the morning (I finish work at 6am) one of the gals (sorry for not remembering her name) had part of phone number memorized. So glad it's close to home whether on way out of the City or on way home.

I go to the location in Milton WA the service in that location is excellent. There is an employee there her name is Genesis she is a keeper she knows her coffee very polite and courteous, there are very few establishments who hire employees like her. I am glad that I come to this location.
