Big Sky Scoops

Every time I’m in town, I grab a bowl of pho from Big Sky Noodles and head to their family-owned Scoops ice cream shop for dessert. This duo is unbeatable! The service is warm, friendly, and makes you feel right at home. With rotating flavors, you’ll never get tired of their flavors. There’s always something new to try.

The kiddie scoop was huge—quite unique! I appreciated that they had a vegan, dairy-free chocolate flavor, which I really enjoyed and ended up ordering. The regular chocolate, however, felt a bit flat and wasn’t as lusciously creamy as I’d expected. I also wish they offered some dark chocolate options.

Excellent ice cream at a fair price! We got the Night Crawler sundae (gummy worms, Oreo, and chocolate cookie dough ice cream) for $7.28 with tax. The portion was generous and enough for two adults to share. Refreshing to visit somewhere in Big Sky that isn’t so incredibly inflated. The staff was also kind and efficient. We stumbled across Scoops while wandering the farmer's market, and I'm glad we stopped in. I had the huckleberry ice cream, and it was SO good! Generous portion, wonderful flavor and I loved that it wasn't overly sugary or sweet so the huckleberry flavor wasn't overpowered.

If you have a craving for something sweet and ice cream that is special, this is the small but clean place and the atmosphere is pleasant. My favorite is Hukolberry ice cream
