Our root beer floats were amazing! Unfortunately we were charged 2 times two different amounts on top of that the person that was working that night decided to tip them selfs without letting us know so watch your statements and ask for receipts when you go there spoke to a manager and she was very helpful with getting this resolved will definitely go again but will be very cautious next time.

The ice cream we had was amazing! We got praline ice cream with pralines and Heath. It really was delicious. However, I would agree with other reviewers. The service was sub par. Ran by teenagers whose friends come in by droves for free samples. The teenagers overrun this place. We did come in late on a Saturday night so maybe we will try again during earlier hours.

I usually like this spot but it’s going down hill more and more. Since when did vaping on the job become cool? Way too old to not know better. Stopped by yesterday as well and the chairs were up forever didn’t know if i could come in or not so i just left. Staff need to be trained better.

The customer service was great and it wasn't busy when we visited here. The staff was helpful and informative through the whole process. The flavor of ice cream was a bit one sided. I love flavor but it was a bit too much for me. Overall, we had a good experience but wouldn't go out of our way to only come here, like we do for something like Tony Burgers. *updated reply to owner* I'm sure we'll come back again. :)

I stopped in sometime last fall to treat my granddaughter and myself. We were the only two people in the shop so we decided to stay and eat our ice cream cones there. The ice cream was amazing and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. When I wanted to surprise a family member with an ice cream cake for her birthday a few weeks ago, I called the store to see what they had. The employee I spoke with was extremely helpful. He repeated the descriptions of each ice cream cake more than once and was so patient with me. After finally choosing one (they all sounded delicious!) I asked them to hold it for me and I gave them my name. Sure enough, three hours later when I went to pick it up it was still there. My whole family enjoyed the ice cream cake (we added the candles). I've been here twice now
