Big House Burgers

Great place! We loved everything we ordered. Mushroom burger was so juicy. Chicken tenders, my son says they're the best he's EVER had. Chicken fried chicken was my favorite. Everything was cooked to perfection. Tasted freshly made. Definitely going back. Service was exceptional, forgot her name, but she was great.

We were a pretty big party, but they still accommodated us by moving tables. The waitress was very attentive to all of us. All of our food came out great! And just how we ordered. We had a cheese burger with sweet potato waffle fries, Philly cheesesteak with tots, and an order of lemon pepper dry rub wings. The food was very good! Was nice and hot. Had not one complaint from our table.

I know Buffalo wings. I'm originally from Buffalo, NY! Great tasting Buffalo wings outside of Buffalo, NY are difficult to find. Well what do you know......Big House Burgers has the recipe. These wings were even better tasting than Brewster 's in Corpus. Well done BIG House! What the wings lack in size they make up for in flavor. I found myself rubbing my fries in the wing sauce on the bottom of the plate. It was that good. You could dip a dog turd in this sauce and I'd eat it. The burger was tasty too. It also lacked stature, but the fresh tasty bun and delicious meat made up for it's shortcomings. The veggies were fresh and the dill pickles were crispy and vinegary....as they should be! Hadnt been to this location in years and dropped in to the same great food. Delicious fresh fried items in the cactus bowl. My chicken fried steak sandwich was delicious and tasty, the other entree the ribeye steak sandwich was cooked perfectly and was also flavorful and filling. Great service! Cold AC.

A bit on the pricey side but worth every penny. The food was excellent and a hefty generous amount. You won't be left hungry. The ambience is great, super cold AC for those hot summer days. I like they have the bar section walled off from the family section. The staff is friendly and value their customers. I can't wait to go back. Thanks a ton for the relaxing lunch.
