5 Stars – The Best Brisket Sandwich I’ve Ever Had (And a Wild Story to Go With It) This is one of those stories that makes you believe in perfect timing. I was on my way from McAllen to San Antonio, driving through unfamiliar towns, and I happened to be passing through Premont. I didn’t even realize where I was until I started Googling, “Where is Premont?” and sure enough, I was already in it. Right then, out of nowhere, my buddy Isaac messaged me. He said you wanted to catch up and added, “If you’re ever in Premont, you’ve got to stop by.” He had no idea I was already there. Total coincidence — or maybe something more. Earlier that morning, I had sent my girlfriend a photo of a brisket sandwich for breakfast. She replied with a picture of one, and that instantly made me hungry. Fast

Very welcoming staff and their lunch is tastety. Im happy to get a chance to stop here while working in the area for a day.

Great family owned and family friendly Hometown attitude without the hometown traffic or city traffic. Most people don't even know it's there until they see it there. IYKYK! When you enter the location they greet you better than family every time and seem like they've never met a stranger.

Mr. Beto has always given us the best service in the area. Along with being friendly and asking how our day is going. Today, we got the brisket burger. Some of the best homemade food around. Thank you for your service to the community.
