Big Guys Chicken & Rice

Wanted to try this spot out because of the ratings & we like Halal Guys. The rice is excellent, but everything else is just ok. We paid $2 for Pita & you can see that I didn't even get a 1/2 of a pita bread. Our lamb tasted seasoned but was overcooked. For the amount you pay, you would think you would get more meat & toppings. It's a good place if you're in the area & just want something to eat.

I ordered takeout. The food was AMAZING. So flavorful. The meat was so tender and delicious. Also any person that says you don’t get enough food for the price is a liar. The value and amount that you get is honestly outstanding, especially considering that downtown is known for a small portions and expensive prices, this place however isnt like that. Also I got takeout so I was expecting less than a person would typically get if they went in person and sat in, but that was not the case. My food container was filled to the brim. I recommend getting mixed meat (chicken and gyro). Ill be back very soon! If you want an affordable restaurant with good food, make this your next stop.

Very tiny little place with about 6 tables that can seat about 18 people, but there is a long bar against the wall for people to stand if needed. I ordered the Big Guys Mixed Platter - combination bowl with chicken and gyro meat. Served on rice with fresh veggies and a white sauce (ranch) and an orange sauce (small amount of spice). It was very filling and fresh for sure...they source all of their produce from a local farmers market which is really cool that they are supporting their community.

This is ridiculous it looks like a kids meal lol , white sauce they charge extra and it didn’t taste like white sauce

Great tasting food. Arguably better than halal guys imo. The rice is probably one of the best I've had in a shawarma style joint. The chicken and lamb were very flavorful. The pop pricing is a little outrageous (2.90 for a likkle bottle!!), or they could've gotten my full 5 stars!
