Big Dipper Ice Cream

I came in with my friend last night (1/11/26) around 7:30. We weren’t greeted at all, we had to stand in awkward silence until we just decided to order. While the employees just stared at us like we were killing their cats. And when we did finally order it was the end of the world for the two girls working. One was blonde and the other was a brunette. We weren’t giving them a hard time at all. When it was time to tip they were adamant that we did so. I’ve worked in customer service for years and would NEVER treat a paying customer like how we were treated in a million years. And I’m usually a good tipper no matter how easy the task, but the attitude on those young girls working were not getting a single spare cent from me. Scooping two ice cream cones is not hard at all. Stopped by during a snow storm. Had a group of about 8 and all of us enjoyed our ice cream. The person with a sunday said the brownies are good. Overall its good ice cream at a clean place with nice staff. We would stop by again.

Super yummy ice cream and waffle cones! I got Cardamom and Caramel Cookie Waffle flavors and they were fantastic together! I'll have to try them with caramel on top next time, that sounds really good. Thank you!

I really love the ice cream here, and I really wish the customer service was better. I've tried calling several times today to see if my dog is allowed to come in with me to order & pay, but I never got an answer. I walked in with him and I quickly found out that they are not dog-friendly as the reviews online say that they are. There are no signs, but yelp describes the location as dog-friendly. I normally tip 20-40% depending on service, but the last time I went in, I waited 10 mins before yelling "are you open"? After I was ignored, I tried to call the store. Nobody came to help me until another customer came in and there was no acknowledgement either. I tipped 0 for the first time in a long time.
