Big Cheese Pizza

Definitely the best grab and go place in the area but needs some improvement. The pizza itself was super delicious, the pepperonis were nice and crispy and the crust had a perfect texture, but it’s a tad too oily. Overall good bang for you buck giving a 16” is $14. Service was also good. The people at the store are super nice and the food came out decently fast for a freshly made pizza. The main thing is the store itself. There was no menu, and we were told to scan a QR code that took us to their online ordering app, which was weird. Other than the menu, the kitchen was plainly in sight and the place was quite unorganized with packages of drinks all around the place, and the place is just kind of run down. But I guess if it’s grab and go the food just needs to be good, which it is. Overall

The pizza is pretty good and I also enjoy the subs. However, the man taking orders is absolutely nasty. I literally felt the hate towards me coming out of this man's eyes. He would not say a word and every question I asked, that forced him to talk seemed to bother him. The lady that works there is a lot more pleasant, this guy just seems miserable. I hope everything is OK in his life bc it doesn't look like. If I come back and see he is the only one there I will just turn around.

We went here after the Sunday Renaissance faire ended and it was exactly what we needed. The service was quick, pizza was good, and the place was clean. It’s clearly a mom and pop pizza place, so don’t go in there expecting a franchise type of location. Appearance is a little neglected, but it was clean from what I could tell. There’s a couple tables you can eat at inside so I appreciated that since a lot of pizza places are mostly take out. As far as food goes we got the small personal pizzas: I got the Hawaiian and my partner got the supreme. They’re definitely filling enough for the standard fast-food meal price tag. My husband and I attempted to call the restaurant four times tonight around 6 pm, only to be greeted with voicemail messages. Despite their advertised hours of operation until 8 pm, I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 pm to place an order. Upon my arrival, I noticed the girl at the register engaged in idle conversation with two customers seated at a table inside. When I inquired about placing an order, she informed me that she wasn’t making anymore pizzas and the reason my calls went to voicemail is because she was “busy.” Which was laughable considering the lack of activity inside. It is disheartening to see a pizza shop that claims to be open until 8 pm on Sundays yet refuses to take a customers order, an 1.5hr before closing. Typically, I adore my Big Cheese-However, the last few times we have tried to order Big Cheese, the phone has been off the hook. The phone has been off the hook on three separate occasions now, when we've tried to order. Coming from the food industry myself, it's obvious that is what's going on, especially after we drive up find the same employee working the phone every time. With other employees working the phone, this isn't an issue. All I want to do is order pizza but this phone issue always gets in the way. Hoping that Big Cheese can find a solution to this soon!
