They offer varieties of buns and they all tasted good. If would be better if the Nashville chicken bun was a bit less watery. The sodas were awesome! I understand the staff were busy but I think they could manage the service better, clean up the tables and floor more often. The washroom wasn’t clean at all.
Got the chicken sandwich, the chicken which is shown in pictures to be huge was small and had 2 little pieces on it which were mostly GRIZZLE!! My mom’s sandwich pictured below had a nice size piece and hers was good. The place was empty when I went to pick it up, when we went to pick up our food they acted like we were trying to steal orders smh. Very disappointed
Placed an order through a meal delivery service. The order was missing side dipping sauces and one of the burgers was grossly undercooked. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager. I was placed on a short hold before greeted with a simple “hello?” by Marcus who then heard my complaint, told me to contact the meal delivery service, and hung up the phone. Very disappointed with the quality of the food and the customer service response.
Stopped in to get a bite to eat before a movie. The restaurant was moderately busy but we had a minimal wait before having our order taken. Went with the classic burger cooked medium and built it out with grilled onions tomato bacon and bbq sauce plus a cheeseburger with the works. Both burgers were cooked perfectly, juicy and slightly pink in the middle. The buns are a nice brioche and the toppings were fresh. The most important thing imo - these burgers are not greasy. I get acid reflux so grease is a no-no. I didn’t have any issue with this burger at all. Not even with the bacon on top. For that reason alone I would come back but the burgers are also just darn good. There are tables inside and a few outside too. They bring the food to you if you are dining in.
It was my first time here, grabbing some food before a movie. The desk lady was super friendly and welcoming—she gave some great suggestions and made sure I had a nice experience. There’s a wide variety of options for everyone. If you’re not in the mood for classic French fries, they also offer milkshakes and other sides. I would’ve tried more, but I was a bit rushed, so I went with the classic cheeseburger with fries, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, ketchup, and mustard. Everything was really good, and it came out pretty quickly. The fries were crunchy, spicy, and lightly seasoned. The burger was tasty and juicy. I definitely plan to come back and try a bowl, Brussels sprouts, and maybe even an alcoholic milkshake.
