Big Bill's Bar

Went into for lunch and we ended up getting the Philly sub and mushroom Swiss Food came hot and quickly. Service was friendly and helpful. The bar had a “local bar atmosphere that was nice. Music/ noise was not too loud, granted we were 2 of the 4 people in the building. Cook came out with warm and friendly smile which was appreciated. Food: Philly: 4.2/10 Meat was adequate, but the bun could have used an upgrade. It was like a foot long bun made into a sub bun. Too soft for my liking. Would have been better if it was toasted more. The onions and cheese carried the flavor overall. Mushroom Swiss: 7.5/10 Flavor puts it right where it needs to be if you are going into a bar. Not too messy and flavor was really good. Nice little dive in the Saginaw area. We stopped for dinner on our way up north and had a good time. The bartender was super nice and they had a decent beer selection. The layout of the bar is really awkward but its decent enough. The bathrooms arent great. The stall in men's is broke so you have to use a chair to keep the door closed, it's as hilarious as it is awkward. The food was pretty good. We had burgers and fries and as bad a bar goes they were great.

Staff is always great. I'm a Reuben snob and theirs is solid. Most of all, probably the best dry rub wings I can remember having.

It's a general bar setting with a comfortable atmosphere. You're not a stranger when you're here. The burgers are amazing and reasonably priced.

Average dive bar, usual drink selections, full menu with food that fills your belly! AMI music machine and pool table. Bathrooms are decent too.
