The employees at the transfer station are very helpful if you have questions about what they accept, or where to take it if they don’t accept it there. I had to make numerous trips there during a stressful move-out and their friendliness and helpfulness went a long way.

Jim was a big help with sorting out items to the right locations, and funny! :)

Wanted to thank BPW for working closely with us and our new roadside litter cleanup initiative, TAP TrashTalk. Jim in the yard has been especially helpful. Their director, Jeff has also been key to accept the new initiative. We've got more details to figure out, but a great starting place with three loads transferred so far. Thank you BPW!

On Feb 14 trash was not picked up due to a snowstorm... I called public works and the woman who answered the phone said excess trash would be picked up on Feb 21 with other trash. On Monday Feb 20 I put my trash out at 8 pm when I got our of work for Tuesday pick up and it was NEVER picked up! All other trash was picked up that was at this building but NOT mine. I called public works and they came to pick it up but put an orange sticker on my can (for excess trash which I was told would be picked up due to no trash pick up the prior week) saying my trash needed to be in orange pay as you throw bag and also stating it was not out when they originally picked up... this is a lie seeing I'm the only one in this building that puts trash out weekly.
