Bianco Gelato Downtown Dadeland

I went to try the gelato but when I enter the store it was a guy seating and I ask “ is the store open” and he reply yes so I told him I want to try and he responds really fast “ no free samples at this time” I was not looking for nothing free I just want to tbuy the gelato , so he stated that the Internet was not working and he only accept cash , I told him ok and I leave the store without try the ice cream. I have cash with me but his rudeness makes me walk away without buying anything.

On Friday I went to bianco and a young gentleman by the name of giraldo took care of me and my family he told me they were not doing any samples when I ask for a sample but he recommended some amazing flavors for me and family after hearing what we like ...also want to mention besides his great customer service the store was clean and it was a wonderful experience and I would come again

We are locals and enjoyed this refreshing stop! My son got dulce de leche with blue milk & cookies and said it’s like unlike any ice cream shop - like you’re in a real ice cream land :) He also likes all the decor.

It was the most perfect, natural mango ice cream I've ever had. I'll try all the flavors. 🩷

Delicious, a bit pricey but so yummy. Worthy of splurging once in a while!
