Betty Burgers

This place has a vintage-diner feel …. Very friendly staff who are that way on the phone too . Today being Jan 1st- not a lot of places were open . I called a few places around until the staff at Betty burgers answered. We are from out of town and a family of vegetarians . We were so glad to find vegan & vegetarian burgers here. They were well done, filling and tasty . A tad bit dry … but some Tabasco & ketchup fixed that. We loved their curly fries too !

Great little burger joint. Nice that they have outside dining on the patio where I could bring my dog to join me. Dine in or pick up. Good spot. We will come back.

I live out of town visiting home. 26th was the only day/time I could stop by an old classic. But the register was down and there was no way for me to pay. Olivia said a manager should be by in a bit. And she'd get my food going. I asked what happens if im finished eating and the machine is still down. She said dont worry about it. I finished my food (great food as always, great service as always). Olivia and German were working on the machine. It still wasnt working and they told me my food was on the house. It's refreshing to find a spot with a vibe that cares more about its customers (and having the employees share that vibe) than the almighty dollar. Olivia and German made my day.

I used to love Betty's, but unfortunately they're pretty meh these days. The burgers are fine, the shakes are good. I'm selective about fries and I don't bother anymore. I'm sad they switched from Coke to Pepsi. The tables aren't always clean and they sometimes smell like dirty dishrags, which is always off-putting. The people at the counters are generally friendly so that's a plus.

Food was SO good and they were quick to get it to my hungry fam. I was pleased to find a vegan burger option on the menu and it was delicious. My meat eaters all thoroughly enjoyed their burgers as well. The garlic fries are fantastic! The toilets were all out of order, but it was kind of late on a Sunday evening with minimal man power. I'm sure the bathroom situation is not typical.
