Better Bowls

My first time having a protein yogurt bowl and it did not disappoint! For having over 40g of protein I’m still shocked by how good my matcha bowl was. Normally you’d expect some sort of protein taste/texture but not in Better Bowls. Also love that they have vegan options! The space is super cute and you can tell a lot of effort went into decorating. Can’t recommend enough!!

I got the PB and Banana Bowl — Clean, balanced, and yummy ingredients. Great alternative to a smoothie bowl with amazing macros. Went to grab a bite and wanted to grab something yummy and healthy, this checked both of those boxes! Will be back soon

This place is literally fire. And the only place I've ver come across like this. It's exactly what I want for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and what I need after a good workout. Yogurt protein bowls, are you kidding me??? And all the toppings are so good too. Come here for your PROTEIN BOWL. I am telling you. Perfect macros. Gym bro friendly, calorie deficit friendly. Food lover friendly.

The bowls were delicious and super high in protein. I had the vegan classic energy bowl which is dairy free and plant based. The vegan base is a blend of coconut and cashew yogurt with pea protein. It has strawberries, blueberries, bananas, organic chia seeds, and organic blue agave for sweetness. The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. They also have wifi for anyone looking to get some work done. Highly recommend and will definitely be back

I really struggle to get enough protein everyday. Better Bowls is located right next to my gym (John Reed WeHo). I tried their peanut butter banana yogurt bowl, and it was GAS and the large has 75 GRAMS of protein in it!! Crazy and delicious, completely filling. I’ve been so tired of the same old protein drinks and bars, so this is a super nice solution and really happy it’s located right next to my gym! ALSO the interior of the store is absolutely beautiful. Chef’s kiss, I will def be back!
