Beto's Mexican Food Cottonwood

It was the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had by far. The cheese enchiladas tasted like salty cardboard. The shredded beef in the tacos was hard like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day (it was actually crunchy and had no liquid at all). The burrito had almost no meat and was just a tortilla with mushy refried beans and not much else in it.

It’s very good fast casual food. This is a go to for lunches. Burritos are awesome and huge and you really can’t go wrong with any of them. Have to make fun of the guacamole- mass produced, out of a bag crap! Try to skip it. Everything else is good. Eat inside and take advantage of the salsa bar. Easy gringo it’s spicy!

Stopped by and had an awesome experience. I went with the carnitas plate, and wow, it was so good. The carnitas were super tender and flavorful, just the right amount of juiciness. The portion was big, and the rice, beans, and tortillas on the side were perfect to go with it. I was planning on getting the usual horchata, but the cashier—who was super friendly—suggested I try their new coconut horchata. She even let me try a sample, which was really nice. One sip and I had to get the large. The red salsa that came with the carnitas was great too—not too spicy but had a nice little kick to it. Overall, I had a great time at Beto’s. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is my first home. Why? The food is fresh with solid portions, the employees, and my own TV to watch Mexico beat USA. The staff is kind and personable. Thank you Ayumi, Chef Luis and Andrea for taking care of the motorbike brothers. - aloha from Chuck, Tay and the Mālama Ski Club

First time in any Betos. Pretty good. The tacos were awesome. Burrito was above average. Food came out super quick. A ton of menu options quesdillas tacos burritos nachoes etc. Inside had ample seating alittle dated but adequate. Space was clean. I liked the tacos over the burrito chicken.
