Beto’s burgers

I ordered at 9:03 PM 1 morocho, everyone that was behind us all got their food within 15 min and I didn't get my food until 9:45pm, this is the worst service. When I asked, they had barely started getting it ready, just be ready to wait an hour. Worst part is they still added onions to my order and forgot to give me my drink. Thankfully I checked.

Tried the Cachapa and Enrollado. The food comes in big portions. It's worth sharing a plate with 3 people. The Cachapa wrap was delicious. If they made smaller plates I could see my self coming a few times a month.

The food was incredible, the service was spot on and friendly, there isn’t a lot of seating space so it’s excellent to take to-go. They do tend to get busy so it may be a bit of a wait but I can guarantee it is worth it. We got a normal hamburger and a picaditas and they were big enough to share. I highly recommend picking up some food here to take home. You might spend $15-$25 per person but trust me you’ll either have some leftovers or you can split a plate. And the taste is just insane! You can also call ahead to order.

Be ready to wait for ONE HOUR to get your food. I ordered at 8:05pm and it is now 8:52pm and my food is not ready. (I asked for a refund at 8:57pm and the food was not ready) I’m definitely not coming back.

Very rude and lazy staff. Don’t know how to operate a food business. Not worth going. Please avoid to buy food from this place . Please avoid.
