Customer Reviews
Not a huge library, was definitely expecting more with how grandeur everything looked on the outside. It had books, DVDs, CDs and offered free wifi. A standard library. I'm giving it 4 stars due to it lacking tables with charging stations. Looked around a bit and couldn't find a single table near a wall outlet either. The lack of five stars is also due to the terrible parking. They have a police station, and city hall right next to this library. Most of the street parking has no parking signs or 1 or 2 hour time limits. If not you could go a bit further down and find some meter parking. I did see a parking garage a few blocks down. The hassle one must go through just for parking is a bit much.
Great place to be by yourself for some quiet time or with you children for their youth programs. The staff is always friendly. The library has gone through many renovations and it is getting better and better. Second floor in this children section, there is a Gecko called “Spike”. We have been watching Spike since he was a baby to now full grown. Highly recommending the library to everyone!! they also do a sale periodically. the first picture below is of their book sales. You could get a load of interesting books for a few dollars when one of them could cost $40. After reading, i usually donate them back to the library.
The views alone from the outside in Payrow Plaza are utterly whimsical and will bestow a lasting impression! The Library itself is one of the hallmarks of The City of Bethlehem. You will find 🔍kind and courteous librarians that will assist you in the many availabilities the library has to offer. There are many unique opportunities around the area that will stimulate younger and older generations!
Respectful, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Clean, quiet environment. Access to a scanner, printers, photocopier. Monday night open mic. Studio for recording music in the basement. Clean bathrooms. Separate children's library upstairs. DVDs for borrowing. Bicycles for borrowing. Power banks cans be borrowed and used in the library to recharge devices. Elevator. Frequent free activities. Community jigsaw puzzle. Private study or conference spaces available.
Very good library. Academic literature, manga, for dummies; great selection of books. Plus they have an open mic
